Enquiries and orders
You can send an enquiry from your cart or the project form. Recording a request is not a purchase or payment. A binding order is not accepted before products, quantities, the total price and terms are agreed.
Prices and payment
Product information and prices appear on the relevant page. Online payment is offered only for enabled products when delivery and tax information is complete. Where offered, payment uses Stripe’s secure checkout. Do not send card details by email or live chat.
Delivery and installation
Delivery countries, charges, times and installation scope have not yet been finalised. Include your address in your enquiry; available options and total charges will be provided in writing before purchase. A country appearing in a form does not promise delivery there.
Withdrawal, returns and product problems
Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. EU distance sales generally provide a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to legal exceptions such as personalised goods. Return instructions, address and any return costs will be provided before sales start. Contact info@mersinadesign.com before sending a return or arranging action for a damaged product.
